Overview
The Dashboard in Music Monitor shows a snapshot of current information, and includes a table of the same snapshot every day over time.
The data is entered into this table by the Housekeeping Script, early each morning, so the data you see for today represents the start of the day before anyone did any work in the system.
This gives you immediate answers to basic questions about figures as at a particular date in the past. The figures are just captured and recorded on that date, so you can't unpack from there into a breakdown of what comprises them. But if the basic data captured is what you need, it's right there for you.
Navigation
Select the Dashboard icon in the middle of the Home screen.
Data
The Dashboard shows:
Current enrolments (the activities that students are enrolled in)
Tuition
Ensembles/Groups
*New in 2026!* In version 10 you also see a breakdown of non-current enrolments
Pending
Suspended
Blocked
Active Students (the number of actual people enrolled)
Current Staff
*New in 2026!* in Version 10 you have Loans & Hire information:
Current loans
Overdue loans
Ensembles/Classes
Active
*New in 2026!* in Version 10 you also see Pending, and Full
Accounts
Outstanding
Overdue
Debtors (people who are listed as billing contacts)
Past Data
The Housekeeping Script collects this data every day.
To see past data, select the View as Table button in the top left.
You will see a table of this data that goes back as far as you have data for (when the function was introduced or when you started running Music Monitor, whichever is later).
You can Find, Sort, and Export to Excel from here using the icons in the top bar.
