Overview
You can import student photos to your Music Monitor records.
Follow these steps to manually import the photos yourself. If we are setting up a scheduled import process for you, we can help you include this step with the automated process.
Setup
All the photos must:
Be contained in a single folder
Be in .jpg format
Have the Student ID as their file name
The Process
Go to Home > Settings > System Admin > Import Photos.
The script opens a dialogue box.
Select Specify then the folder the photos are in.
On continue, the Specify Import Order dialogue box will open. The options should match those below.
Select Import to bring in the photos.
