Overview
Part of managing exam enrolments can be allocating accompanists to students' exams. Music Monitor's Exams module allows you to bill the students for the accompaniment.
This article covers how to set up the fees for this accompaniment.
Set Accompanist Fees
Go to Home > Setup Files > Exam Codes
Select the red Accomp Fees button
Add a new record using the green + button.
You will see a new, blank record in the list.
Fill in the fields
Exam Grade: Select from the grades set up in your Exam Codes file or optionally type in a new custom option
Accompanist Fee: Enter the fee amount
Notes: Optionally make a note, e.g. to indicate how many and what length rehearsal/s a student should be booked into for that grade
Note: You need to set up an accompanist code for each grade, in order to bill for accompaniment for that grade.
