Overview
Ensemble Codes is the Setup file for the ensembles available for students to enrol in. The record has a Status field that is auto-calculated based on data in other fields.
Pending Status
An ensemble will have the Status "Pending" if:
It has a Start Date in the future, OR
The number of Current ensemble members is less than the Min Members number.
Or, if no Min Members is entered, the ensemble has no members
If you choose to go ahead with the enrolment at this number of enrolments, you can still opt to include it in the billing, and it will still be added to the rolls.
