Set Up An Audition
The setup is simple, and is in the Excursion Codes file, as for camps and excursions.
Home > Setup Files > Excursion Codes
But now you select "Audition" in the new pair of options in the record. You also select the date here.
Assign Students
In the Students file, find the student you wish to assign to this audition.
On the row of tabs in that student's record, use the little More>>> button to see additional tabs, and select Excursions. Use the green + button to add a new record, and select the Audition you have set up. The data entry window you see will have some of the same fields as for Excursions, and some that are unique to Auditions.
Assign Multiple Students
As with other student activities, you can create records for a found set all at once.
Find your set of students in Students
More... > Send FOUND SET to... > Auditions
