The Excursions module is intended to cover any extra-curricular activities for which a permission slip may be required and a cost may be attached. Excursions, camps, and even some incursion activities may be best managed from within this file.
It allows you to record student participation in excursions, along with permission slip status, dietary and medical needs, and transport and accommodation arrangements.
As with the other student activity modules, there is a setup file at Home > Setup Files > Excursions, where you create the event to enrol the students into. See How to Set Up Excursions for guidance.
And there is a student activity file at Home > Student Activity > Excursions, which houses the records of student participation in the activity. See How to Enrol Students for an Excursion for guidance.
And there is a portal to view the activity of a given student from a tab in the Students file. See the section in Tabs in the Students File.
