All users can change their own password using Change Password under the Settings icon on the Home Menu.
As a music administrator, you can reset the password for any one user from Settings (the gear icon) > Manage Login Accounts.
Select the user and then select the red Reset password for selected account button.
You will be asked to enter a temporary password. The user will be required to change it to a password of their choice the next time they log in.
All users can be forced to change their password on next login from Settings (the gear icon) > General Settings > Security. The next time users log in, a pop-up will force them to set a new password.
