Overview
Teachers who have access to Music Monitor can view their own schedule information. But Music Monitor also provides options for administrators to provide this information to support teaching staff.
View Schedules
Go to Common Tasks > Timetables > View Teacher Timetable
To find the schedule for the current week, enter this Monday's date in Week commencing
You might want to restrict it to a particular teacher as well
The results display in this format.
Print Schedules
The Print icon gives you options to Print or Save as PDF.
Email Schedules
The Mail icon gives you options email the lesson times to the students or teachers.
