Overview
In Music Monitor, the term "Faculty" is a higher level of distinction than "Department". You may have Departments such as Woodwind, Jazz, Early Childhood, etc., all within the Music Faculty, and then you may have a separate Speech & Drama Faculty, for example.
Support for Multi-Faculty Usage
*New in 2026!* From version 10.011 onward, Music Monitor can support two different faculties at the same school having separate access to Music Monitor.
Each Faculty needs its own Music Monitor product subscription, but will have access to the same set of students. Members of one faculty can see the enrolments and scheduling of other faculties, but cannot edit these records.
