Print Ensemble Lists

Two easy printouts of your Ensemble setup information

Updated over a month ago

These two reports print a complete list of your ensembles and classes. They differ in orientation and included fields. The differences are detailed in the next sections.

Find the scripts at Common Tasks > Printouts > Ensemble Codes : Print Ensemble List (2)

The script opens on in the Ensemble Codes file on a Find screen where the default is to find all your ensembles. If you only keep active ensembles in your list, this is probably the right find, but you can modify it if you wish.

Select Continue in the top bar.

Note: If you press Enter or select Perform Find instead of selecting Continue, the system will perform the Find and display the list of ensembles. Just select Continue on this screen instead.

The script will then sort the records by Ensemble Name, and take you to a preview of the report. (See the two examples in the next sections.)

If you are happy with the result, you can Save as PDF or Print using the icons in the top bar.

When you select Continue again, the report will close.
