Overview
This is a specific script to designed to do one job for you very quickly. It finds all students who have more than one current Tuition enrolment and displays them in a report that you can save or print.
The Process
This script is found at Common Tasks > Quick reports > Tuition : Students learning more than one instrument.
First it will take you to the Tuition List screen and pause for you to confirm or modify the find request.
Note: The field that is used in this find request is not visible on this screen, however it doesn't need to be. It's the Total Tuition field and the search criterion is ">1". If you wish to modify the find request (for example, if you need to specify a Campus), add this data to the request.
Select Perform Find at the top to continue the script.
The records will be found and displayed in Preview mode. Select the Save as PDF, Save as Excel, or Print button in the status area.
Close the window when finished.
