Overview
This report is intended as an easy way to view the important information about all your current tuition enrolments.
You will find the script to run this report at Common Tasks > Quick Reports > CURRENT tuition enrolments.
You will also find it at Common Tasks > Heads of Department > CURRENT tuition enrolments, where music teachers who have the "Head of Department" Privilege Set also have access to it.
The Process
First it will take you to the Tuition List screen and pause for you to confirm or modify the Find request. If you wish to include ALL current records, leave the request as is. If you wish to modify the find request (for example, if you need to specify a Campus), add this data to the request.
Note: It may be relevant to add a new search request here and also search for "Assigned" in the Status field. This will pick up enrolments that are complete, but just have a future start date.
Select Continue at the top right of the status area to resume the script.
The records will be found and displayed in Preview mode.
You can select the icons at the top of the report to:
Save as Excel
This includes an option to create an email with the export as an attachment.
Save as PDF
This includes an option to create an email with the export as an attachment.
Mail
This shows the mail options relating to these records.
Close the report to return to the Common Tasks screen.
