Overview
This article is addressed to music teachers.
Music administrators will create the rolls each week. The rolls will list all the enrolments assigned to you. If they have day and time information, that will be shown on the rolls, but if they don't they will still appear. If the admin staff have created any Pre-Approved Payments for you for this week, they will appear on your roll as well.
You are generally expected to mark the rolls promptly to provide information on the students' whereabouts and also to inform payroll calculations.
Marking the Rolls
Regardless of which Music Monitor app you are using, you will see a home screen similar to this.
Select Roll-Marking
On the next screen, select the start date of the week's roll you're marking.
The system defaults to this week, but you can change it to another week if needed.
That week's roll will open.
NOTE: If you have unmarked roll records in the previous week's roll, Music Monitor will remind you and open the old roll instead.
Select the Attendance Code from the drop-down for each student or ensemble on your roll.
For a full run-through of the roll marking procedure for teachers, see this 3-minute video.
