Overview
This applies only if you generate invoices in Music Monitor. If you export billing data for another system to generate the invoices, it does not apply.
A clickable link button is available on invoices emailed to debtors. When the customer views the PDF copy of their invoice, it will show a button with your custom text and a URL to your chosen location. The button can direct to a single URL or can customise the URL for each debtor. This allows for use of pre-filled online forms.

If you are already generating invoices in Music Monitor, there are no other settings you need to change to enable this feature.
Setup
The setup for this feature takes place in the Invoice email dialogue, as outlined below.
Include a Clickable Link
Go to People > Debtors
Select a debtor to open their record
Select the Invoices tab
Select the Mail icon next to an invoice
Select the Include clickable link on PDF invoice? tick box
As currently set, the link on the invoice will display text saying "PAY NOW".
Edit the entry in the Link text field if desired.
Set Up the URL
Select the URL button to open the editor
This window shows a FileMaker calculation that can dynamically create the URL from a combination of fixed text and data drawn from the Debtors record.
A Simple URL
If you simply want to direct all users to the same website where they can enter the required information themselves and make a payment, delete anything in the calculation box and just type in your URL.
As noted, it must be the full URL including the "http://" or "https://" on the front.
A Dynamic URL
If your payment site allows it, you can generate a URL that pre-fills some of the customer data such as Email Address and Debtor ID or Invoice Reference.
