Music Monitor support can be conducted via the screen-sharing program Splashtop. This platforms provides a quick, high-performance screen-sharing experience, which allows us to assist as efficiently as possible.
You can download the customer-end app for free at http://sos.splashtop.com
The app does not need to be installed. You can store it on your desktop and just run it when you need to use it.
When opened, the app will pre-fill a session code and name for your computer. Once the session code is generated, you can provide it to a Music Monitor support team member.
NOTE: Only give the session code to a bona fide support person.
