Overview
Music Monitor is built on the Claris FileMaker platform. Your Music Monitor subscription includes a licence to install and use FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server. Each licence specifies the number of users it allows. You may sometimes need to know how many users your licence allows.
Information Button
On the Home screen, select the Information icon. It's the middle one of the three icons below the Exit System button.
That opens a panel that displays:
The Account Name of the current user (you)
The Privilege Set of the current user (you)
The institution the system is licensed to
The number of licensed users
*New in 2026!* From version 10.005, it displays the number of users currently logged in
The Music Monitor version number
The Music Monitor version date
The FileMaker Pro version number on your computer
The FileMaker Server version number on the server you're connected to
The Host's Internet Address where the server is located
