Overview
This script displays Loans & Hire records and the associated fee amounts, summarised by Campus, Hire Description and Instrument.
The Process
Go to Common Tasks > Quick reports > Loans & Hire Proof
Alternatively, go to Office Admin > Billing > Loans & Hire Proof
The script opens the Loans & Hire table on a Find screen.
The pre-set search will find all current loans and hires. You can restrict it by adding more criteria to this search request, or expand it by adding a new search request (for example if you want to include Pending records as well). Select Continue at top right of screen.
Music Monitor will display the report.
Select the Print or Save as PDF buttons.
To save as Excel, select Continue at the top right of the screen, and you will be given the option to export to Excel before closing the report.
