Overview
This report lists your Ensembles and shows total students and total fee, summarised by Campus and Ensemble Name.
The Process
Go to Common Tasks > Quick reports > Ensembles : Ensemble Proof
The script opens the Ensemble Enrolments file, on a Find screen.
The pre-set search will find all current enrolments. You can restrict it by adding more criteria to this search request, or expand it by adding a new search request (for example if you want to include Pending enrolments as well). Select Continue at the top right of the screen.
Music Monitor will display the report.
If you wish to change the way the data is sorted or grouped:
Select Cancel at the top right of the screen
Select the dark green Change Sort Order button
Adjust the sorting criteria as desired and select Sort
Select the Preview button at the top to return to the report ready for exporting.
Select the Save as PDF button or the Print icon.
Select Continue to close the report.
