Proofs can be used to review a set of records, for example billing line items from a particular billing run. But they also come in handy as general summary reports and printouts.
Found at Common Tasks > Quick reports > Ensembles : Ensemble Proof
This report lists your Ensembles and shows total students and total fee, summarised by Campus and Ensemble Name.
The script opens the Ensemble Enrolments file, on a Find screen.
The pre-set search will find all current enrolments. You can restrict it by adding more criteria to this search request, or expand it by adding a new search request (for example if you want to include Pending enrolments as well).
Select Continue at the top right of the screen to preview the report.
Here you can select to Print or Save as PDF. To save as Excel, select Continue at the top right of the screen, and you will be given this option.
If you wish to change the sort order or view records in more detail, select Cancel at the top right of the screen and the script will halt, allowing you to manipulate the settings, or jump to different screens. (To get back to the Summary layout, select Ensemble Summary from the layout drop-down list.)
