Proofs can be used to review a set of records, for example billing line items, before finally committing them in the system. But they also come in handy as general summary reports and printouts.
This script lists your exam records showing total students and total fee, summarised by Campus, Institution, Exam Subject and Grade.
To produce the exam proof, navigate to Common Tasks > Billing > Exam Proof.
The script will first open the Exams file in Find mode. The pre-set search finds all Current exams, which is all exams that have no Result entered. You can edit this if required, for example to find exams from a particular date range or session instead of by their Status.
Next, the script will generate the report, which you can Print or Save as PDF. The report can also be exported.
Changing the sort order will also change the way the records are summarised.
The List button will take you to the Exam List screen where you can view records in more detail and/or edit them if needed.
