Overview
The Tuition Proof produces a summarised report of your Tuition records, showing Total Students and Total Fee. It summarises by Campus, Program, Instrument, and Lesson Type.
The Process
Go to Common Tasks > Billing > Tuition Proof.
The script opens the Tuitions file in Find mode.
The pre-set search will find all current enrolments.
You can restrict it by adding more criteria to this search request, or expand it by adding a new search request (for example if you want to include Pending enrolments as well).
Select Continue in the top right.
The script will generate the Tuitions Proof for the enrolments matching your search.
If you wish to change the way the data is sorted and grouped:
Select Cancel in the top right of the screen
Select the Change Sort Order button
Adjust the sort order and select Sort
Select the Preview button to return to the formatted report ready for exporting.
To export the report, select the Save as Excel button, the Save as PDF button or the Print icon.
