You will find this script at Common Tasks > Quick Reports > PENDING tuition enrolments.
You can also find it at Common Tasks > Heads of Department > PENDING tuition enrolments, where music staff to whom you have given the "Head of Department" Privilege Set also have access to it.
The Script
First, it will take you to the Tuition List screen and pause for you to confirm or modify the find request. The search that is pre-built is to find all tuition enrolments with Pending or Enquiry status, so if you wish to proceed with that default search, just select Perform Find. If you wish to modify the find request (for example, if you need to specify a Campus), add this data to the request.
The records will be found and displayed like so.
**New in late 2025** Allocate the Teacher
From version 9.272 onward, this report now provides a button where you or the Head of Department can allocate a teacher directly from the report.
When you select the link, a window will open that displays the teachers who have this Subject on their profile and can therefore be allocated to this enrolment.

At the top of the report are icons that give you other options.

Simply close the window to return to Common Tasks or other parts of Music Monitor.
