Users sometimes report an issue where popup windows have no background, which means you can see the content behind the window, making it very hard to read.

In our experience, this is reported by users connecting to WebDirect on the Firefox browser.

FileMaker WebDirect is supported for Chrome, Edge, and Safari. Users are welcome to use other browsers, but there can be cases where they don't perform correctly. If you are finding this error, our suggestion is to use one of the supported browsers.
