*New in 2026!* This report produces a list of terminated tuition enrolments summarised by Teacher and/or Reason (if data has been entered in the Termination Reason field). It also displays student name, subject, date of enrolment, termination date, and number of years learning.
The script is found at Common Tasks > Quick reports > Tuition Termination report.
The script pauses in Find mode. The default search criterion is an asterisk (*) in the Termination Date field, which searches for any entry in that field.
That search will find all enrolments that have already terminated, as well as any that have an upcoming termination date. You can change the criteria if you wish to bring up a different list.
NOTE: In 2025 a script was added to the Heads of Department menu to report on Tuition Cancellations (current year).
Select Continue at the top right of the screen.
The script will find and sort the records and display them in the report format.
You can:
Change the sort order if desired, to summarise by Reason only, and not by Teacher
Preview and then Save as PDF or Print
