This report is intended to give insight into tuition enrolments that are terminating this year (or have terminated this year). It displays in a screen that allows easy sorting by column headers and export to Excel or PDF.

The report is available to music administrators and to heads of department. Heads of department will see only enrolments relating to teachers they share a department with.

You will find the script at Common Tasks > Heads of Department > Tuition CANCELLATIONS (current year).

The script opens on a Find screen with the current year entered in the Termination Date field.

Vary the search if needed, and select Perform Find in the top bar.

The report will display.

NOTE: Even if you varied the search (as I did in this sample, to include enrolments terminated last year), the text will still say that it's "a list of tuition cancellations for the current year". The main point of that line of text is to remind you that it can also include upcoming cancellations, if the Termination Date has been entered ahead of time.

Each of the column headers is a button that will sort the records by that field.
