Overview
The Subject Code field in Music Monitor is an optional field with the sole purpose of matching the Subject information you set up in Music Monitor with what you have listed in another system.
If your school uses another program for writing reports, you may need to provide a list of enrolments that includes this field, so Music Monitor provides this report.
The Process
You will find this report at Common Tasks > Quick reports > Tuition : CURRENT tuition enrolments WITH SUBJECT CODE
It first opens on a Find screen that is pre-set to find Current enrolments. Edit the search criteria if needed, and select Continue.
It produces a table of the found enrolments that includes:
Student ID and other student information
Subject as well as Category and Program
Subject Code
Teacher Name
Lesson Type
Enrolment Status
Select Save/Send as Excel to export this as a spreadsheet.
