The following fields are displayed in the report:
Teacher
Enrolment date
Termination date
Tuition subject
Student name
Current year level
Number of years learning
The report can be produced from Common Tasks > Quick reports > Students : Music Tuition Retention Report and the user can enter search criteria to find the group of students (the find request defaults to ALL enrolments).
The report sorts by Teacher Last Name, Subject, Number of Years Learning, then Student Name.
Note: This report does not account for change of teacher.
